1. Nature of the Service
PhotoExpert.ai provides AI-powered photo reviews, photo comparisons, natural photo enhancements, and related recommendations.
The Service is intended to help users evaluate and improve their photos for personal or professional use.
Results are advisory only. PhotoExpert.ai evaluates the photo—not the person. Scores, recommendations, platform suitability, and enhancement suggestions are generated using AI and should be considered guidance rather than objective fact.
While we strive to provide helpful and consistent results, we do not guarantee that every recommendation or enhancement will meet your expectations or be suitable for every purpose.
You are responsible for how you use the results provided by the Service.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
- Upload images that contain illegal content or violate the rights of others.
- Upload photos unless you have the right or permission to use them.
- Use the Service to harass, impersonate, defame, or harm others.
- Attempt to bypass usage limits, security measures, or access controls.
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission.
- Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or interfere with our systems.
You are responsible for the content of the images you upload.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Purchases and Billing
PhotoExpert.ai offers one-time photo packs and other paid services.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Purchased photo packs remain available until they are used unless otherwise stated.
Prices and available plans may change from time to time. Changes do not affect purchases already completed.
4. Refund Policy
If you experience a billing error or a significant service issue, please contact team@photoexpert.ai within 7 days of your purchase.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Because AI services begin processing immediately after use, we generally cannot provide refunds for services that have already been consumed.
Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property
PhotoExpert.ai, including its software, design, branding, reports, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the photos you upload.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without our written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhotoExpert.ai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or your reliance on its results.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to PhotoExpert.ai during the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
When significant changes are made, we will update the Last updated date and, where appropriate, notify users through the website or by email.
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
