We collect only the information needed to provide PhotoExpert.ai services.

Photos You Upload

Photos you upload are processed to:

• Review your photo quality
• Compare photos
• Recommend your best photo
• Generate natural photo enhancements
• Create downloadable reports

PhotoExpert.ai does not permanently store your uploaded photos, enhanced photos, downloadable reports, or analysis history. If you would like to keep your enhanced photo or report, please download it before leaving or signing out.

Account Information

When you create an account, we may collect:

• Name (if provided)
• Email address
• Authentication information (Google Sign-In or email/password)

Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe.

PhotoExpert.ai never receives or stores your payment card information.

Usage Information

We collect limited anonymous usage information to help improve PhotoExpert.ai.

This may include:

• Pages visited
• Features used
• Device and browser information
• Anonymous performance metrics

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information only to:

• Analyze uploaded photos
• Generate photo reviews and natural enhancements
• Create downloadable reports during your session
• Maintain your account
• Process payments
• Improve PhotoExpert.ai through anonymous usage analytics
• Send transactional emails such as receipts and account notifications

We do not use your photos for advertising or marketing.

3. Third-Party Services

To provide PhotoExpert.ai, we work with trusted third-party service providers for:

• AI-powered photo analysis and enhancement
• User authentication
• Website hosting and delivery
• Anonymous product analytics
• Payment processing

These providers process information only as needed to deliver the requested service and operate under their own privacy policies.

We do not sell or share your personal information for marketing purposes.

5. Your Rights

Signed-in PhotoExpert iOS users can delete their account in the app: open Account, tap Delete Account, and confirm with Delete My Account. That request permanently deletes the PhotoExpert account and the personal account data described below. The action cannot be undone. You can also contact us at: team@photoexpert.ai

What account deletion removes

When you delete your account we remove the sign-in identity, email associated with that account, signed-in quota and enhancement balances, Pro entitlement on the PhotoExpert account, analysis and comparison history tied to the account, and authentication sessions for that account.

What we retain

We keep Apple StoreKit transaction records needed to verify purchases, prevent duplicate fulfillment, handle refunds or fraud review, and reconnect Restore Purchases to the PhotoExpert account that originally purchased PhotoExpert Pro. Those records stay associated with the original transaction identifiers. They do not keep a deleted account signed in. A later PhotoExpert account does not receive Pro or credits from a copied transaction, the same email, or Apple ID. Unused Review & Enhancement credits are not restored.

We do not state a fixed number of days for that retention. Records are kept for as long as they are needed for purchase verification, accounting, or fraud prevention.

Subscriptions and photos on your device

Deleting your PhotoExpert account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Manage or cancel PhotoExpert Pro in your Apple ID subscription settings. Photos you already saved to Apple Photos are not deleted. Photos stored only inside PhotoExpert on this device stay on the device; account deletion does not erase them.

6. Data Security

We use encrypted HTTPS connections and trusted cloud service providers to help protect your information.

While no online service can guarantee absolute security, we take reasonable measures to help protect your information.

7. Children's Privacy

PhotoExpert.ai is intended for users 13 years of age or older.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

When significant changes are made, we will update the Last updated date and, where appropriate, notify users through the website or by email.
